If sourced properly, properties that fall within this category are more likely to trade at higher capitalization rates, thereby increasing yields.

Pursuing the development and management of new income producing real estate projects.
Managing income-producing properties on a third-party basis for qualified owners/investors.

We employ highly qualified on-site professionals for marketing, leasing, lease renewals, work orders, general repairs and maintenance, utilize outside media outlets for the creative marketing of each asset, negotiate all on-site contract services, and manage all accounting matters at the corporate office.
